Lakshmi Mittal, Chairman and CEO of ArcelorMittal and 2008/2009 Chairman of the World Steel Association, delivered a speech at the opening session of the worldsteel annual conference in Beijing, China.

"One year on we are able to say with some confidence that although the crisis is not yet over, the worst is now behind us," said Mr Mittal.
