Climate change is the biggest issue for the steel industry in the 21st century. This section of worldsteel.org is a focal point for information about our industry's efforts to reduce CO2 emissions worldwide.
The worldsteel Climate Action recognition programme recognises steel producers who have fulfilled their commitment to participate in the worldsteel CO2 emissions data collection programme.
