href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/\">\u56fd\u9645\u80fd\u6e90\u7f72<\/a>\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u5728\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\uff0c\u4f4f\u5b85\u548c\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u4e1a\u5360\u8be5\u56fd\u7528\u7535\u91cf\u768445%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e40%\u7684\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5e73\u5747\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u6539\u5584\u8fd9\u4e00\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u62c9\u8d6b\u5854\u5927\u53a6\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u5de5\u4e1a\u80a1\u4efd\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u201c\u4fc4\u6c14\u201d\uff09\u51b3\u5b9a\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u5904\u7efc\u5408\u8282\u80fd\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u672a\u6765\u667a\u80fd\u7eff\u8272\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u6837\u677f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2012\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u7531\u590d\u5174\u5efa\u7b51\u65bd\u5de5\u516c\u53f8\u5efa\u8bbe\u3001\u6208\u5c14\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u8fd9\u5ea787\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\u53ca\u5176\u5468\u8fb9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u533a\u7834\u571f\u52a8\u5de5\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e8e\u516d\u5e74\u540e\u5b8c\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure
