worldsteel charges a fee for a certain number of its products on the worlsteel.org bookshop. Below are the policies applicable.
Refund policy/Return policy
No refunds are possible for products delivered as a PDF. After 14 days, no refund is given if a customer wishes to cancel their subscription to our monthly production statistics.

Delivery policy
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, worldsteel makes every effort to fulfil your order within 1 business day of your payment date. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Cancellation policy
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, once the order is fulfilled, the customer has no right to cancellation.
